4th of July

4th of July was great fun at our place this year. 5 of our 6 adult children came down along with a bunch of friends who camped out on our property by the water. 3+ days of water fun, sand dune fun and fireworks. In the days of his youth, my husband's oldest, Scott, made a bike launch. The launch was set at the bottom of the boat ramp. One (generally the boys) would ride the bike down the ramp and off the launch landing in the water. Revisiting those years, they built another and the boys, now men, were behaving like boys, launching themselves off the ramp into the water. The life vest strapped to the bike was absolutely hilarious! I hope to post a picture of that shortly. My husband took pictures with his phone.

This week, it is back to work!

Shipping this week brought us another new color from Lorna's Laces.

This new color is called Franklin. It is showing up pretty clear on my monitor, but it is Chocolate, Chino, Sky Blue and a lime green.
